Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

  • Free trial sign-up: your name, email address, the strategy you're interested in and your consent choice.
  • Licence and trial checks: your licence or trial key, a machine identifier of the computer running the software, your IP address and the time of each check, so we can enforce the licence and the computer limit.
  • Discord login (licence page): your Discord user ID and username, to check your subscription role.
  • Reviews (optional): the name you choose to show, your rating and review text (published after we check it), and an optional email address that is never shown and is only used to confirm you are a member.
  • Results sharing (optional): daily simulated results per strategy and instrument, if "Daily P&L Visibility & Sharing" is switched on.
  • Basic server logs: standard web-server logs kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

  • To send your trial key and setup help, and a small number of follow-up emails about your trial.
  • To run and protect the licence system and prevent abuse.
  • To show you your results and, without your name or account details, to summarise strategy results.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

  • Brevo sends our trial emails.
  • Whop handles subscriptions and payments; we never see your card details.
  • Discord runs our community and the Discord login.
  • Our web hosting provider stores the website and its data.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops the follow-ups; it does not affect your trial key.

How long we keep it

We keep trial and licence records while they are needed for the trial, your subscription and abuse prevention, and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email trial@matrixautotrading.com or ask in #support on Discord.

Cookies

The licence and trial pages use one essential session cookie for login and form security. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
