1. Who we are

Matrix Trading ("Matrix", "we", "us") operates matrixautotrading.com and provides automated trading software for NinjaTrader 8, trade signals and educational market content through Discord.

2. Not financial advice

Everything we provide is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing is financial, investment or trading advice. Please read the risk disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

3. Licence to use the software

With an active subscription (or an active free trial) you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Matrix software on a limited number of computers at a time. You may not share, resell, sublicense, copy, decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the software or your licence key, or try to bypass its licence or Sim-account checks.

4. Free trial

The Matrix Trader Trial lasts 14 days from first use, runs on Sim accounts only, and is limited to one trial per person and computer. We may refuse or end a trial that is misused.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions sold and billed through Whop, under Whop's terms. You can cancel any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no lifetime licences.

6. Sim accounts and your responsibility

Matrix Trader is intended to be run on Sim (simulation) accounts. You are solely responsible for your platform, accounts, settings and any trades placed in them, and for monitoring your platform while the software runs. Copying trades to a live or prop-firm account is entirely your decision and your risk.

7. Results sharing

If you leave "Daily P&L Visibility & Sharing" switched on, the software sends your daily simulated results to our server. We use them to show you your results and, without your name or account details, to summarise strategy results. You can switch it off at any time in the strategy settings.

8. Discord community

Our Discord has its own server rules. We may remove access for abuse, harassment, spam, sharing paid content or breaking these terms, without refund of the current period.

9. No warranty and limitation of liability

The software, signals and content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Matrix Trading is not liable for any trading losses or any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, signals or content.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and the software from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
